We are looking for a driven and proactive semi-qualified CA with three or more years of experience to join the team and work across business advisory, startup consulting, virtual CFO and finance. The role involves working closely with partners and clients, with meaningful exposure to how businesses operate, scale, raise capital and make financial decisions.
03What you will do
Virtual CFO and reporting
Virtual CFO assignments, MIS, budgeting and cash-flow management, financial analysis, business performance and KPI reporting.
Startups and capital
Startup advisory and investor readiness, financial modelling and business planning.
Transactions
Due diligence, valuation and transaction-related assignments.
Audit, tax and regulatory
Audit, taxation and regulatory assignments alongside the advisory work.
Process and clients
Finance process improvement and automation, client presentations, reports and management insights, and managing client relationships while independently driving assignments.
04What we look for
Experience
Semi-qualified CA with a minimum of three years of relevant experience and strong fundamentals in accounting, audit, tax and finance.
Independence
The ability to handle assignments and client deliverables independently, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Skills
Good communication and client-handling ability, and proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
Attitude
Proactive, self-motivated and ownership-driven; willing to work across industries and functions; someone who looks beyond completing tasks and actively seeks to contribute, improve and add value.
